BOARD FUNCTION: The Board of Chiropractic regulates the practice of chiropractic services in Delaware, licensing chiropractors who meet minimum standards of competency. Among its functions, the Board promulgates rules and regulations; issues, renews, suspends and revokes licenses; and imposes disciplinary sanctions, when necessary. (24 Del. C., Chapter 7, § 700-717)

To assure consideration of your license application at the next meeting, the Board office must receive all of these items no later than 4:30 PM ten full working days before the meeting date:

• Completed, signed and notarized application form
• Fee payment, and
• All required supporting documentation (see “License Requirements” on the menu to your left).
