BOARD FUNCTION:
The Board of Clinical Social Work Examiners (hereafter designated as "the Board") regulates the practice of social work for clinical social workers. The Board licenses qualified applicants; develops rules and regulations; and conducts disciplinary hearings and imposes disciplinary sanctions, when necessary. (24 Del. C., Chapter 39, § 3901-3918)
FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS:
The Board meets the third Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m. with the exception of August and December.
In the event of a holiday, the Board would meet the second Monday.
All meetings are open to the general public and are held in the
Cannon Building, 861 Silver Lake Blvd., Dover.
To assure consideration of your license application at the next meeting, the Board office must receive all of these items no later than 4:30 PM ten full working days before the meeting date:
- Completed, signed and notarized application form
- Fee payment
- All required supporting documentation (see “License Requirements” on the menu to your left).
