To determine the correct non-refundable processing fee for your license type, please find the month in which your application will either be postmarked by the mailing source or hand-delivered to the board office at the Division of Professional Regulation. Submit a check or money order made payable to the "State of Delaware" in the correct amount.

There is a Federal Registry fee due prior to the issuance of a license. If your license is approved between November 1, of odd years and October 31, of even years the fee is $50.00. If your license is approved between November 1, of even years and October 31, of odd years, the fee is $25.00. This fee is in addition to the processing fee. Appraiser trainees and temporary practice permit applicants do not pay this fee.
