Charitable Gambling and/or Raffle license


Licensure Requirements:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION

  • NOTE: Answer all questions completely. The application must be legible. Be certain all signatures are recorded where they are required. To assure consideration of your license application at the next meeting, the Board office must receive all of these items no later than 4:30 PM ten full working days before the meeting date.

How to apply for a Charitable Gambling and/or Raffle license:

  • Submit $15.00 check or money order made payable to the "State of Delaware" for each occasion of event. The fee is non-refundable if applicant is denied.
  • If the event is not held on the premises of the address listed on the application, a letter is needed from the facility at which the event will be conducted.
  • Provide a copy of a letter of tax exemption from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) indicating that your organization is a charitable organization as defined by the IRS.
