Information About Renewal Applications for all License Types
Deadly Weapons Dealer Individual and Business licenses expire on January 31 each year.
Several weeks before your license expiration date, a renewal notice will be mailed to you. This notice will explain how to access the online renewal application. To complete the online renewal application, you must use a credit card to pay your renewal fee.

How to Renew a Lapsed Deadly Weapons License
If you do not renew your license before the expiration date, your license will lapse. It is illegal to sell deadly weapons while your license is lapsed.
You may renew a license for a period of 30 days after the expiration date. However, if the license has been expired more than 30 days, you must reapply in the same manner as a new applicant. |
