COMMISSION FUNCTION:
The Commission on Adult Entertainment Establishments (hereafter designated as "the Commission") regulates the licensing and operation of licensed adult entertainment establishments in Delaware. The Commission formulates rules and regulations; reviews all applications for licensure; maintains license records of all said license holders and establishments; refers written complaints from the public to the Division of Professional Regulation Investigative Office for investigation; conducts hearings when charges are brought against a licensed individual or business; and determines, after a hearing, what penalties or sanctions should be imposed for violations of the Commission's laws. FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS:
The Commission meets in July. The meetings are open to the public and are held in the Cannon Building, 861 Silver Lake Boulevard, Dover, Delaware.
